Discernment

Through the practice of meditation, developing self-awareness and Being nurtures our wisdom in discerning what is serving us, what is serving others, and that which is not. 

Discernment lets us realise what is truly important and let go of what is unnecessary or not beneficial in our lives. 

Finding our way back to ourselves reveals these inner truths and through discernment, allow us to act in a way authentic to ourselves.
